The Matcha tea whisk with the bamboo spatula are utensils dedicated to Matcha green tea lovers in the respect of traditions
The Matcha tea whisk also called Chasen allows you to stir your matcha tea powder when you pour hot water to obtain a delicious green tea with a fine foam on top
Usage:
1) Put 2 spatulas of matcha powder in a large cup
2) Pour about 70ml of water heated to 70°C over the Matcha tea powder
3) Then while holding your bowl with one hand, use your Chasen whisk to emulsify and blend your tea forming a "W" to get a fine foam on top of your tea
