The terry cotton towels - Shakers Edition is a tribute to this New England style (c. 1780) by which Merci is grandly inspired. One of the rooms in the Second Residence, furnished by Merci, is a homage to this community and its style.
The Shakers style is above all a minimalist and functional spirit with its wall rails, its sublime colored checkered patterns which are transcribed here for this edition of terry cotton towels.
