In 1911, under the leadership of Walter Martiny, the Superga factory began producing shoes with vulcanized rubber soles. The classic Superga 2750 style was born in Turin, Italy, with a mission to provide high quality footwear to the Italian people. The 2750 has established itself as the shoe for the Italian people, and Superga has expanded its product line with technical athletic shoes, rubber rain boots and a growing range of colors and styles.
