Jean-François Vaillant lived for several years in Damascus, Syria, and befriended the glassblowers working next door. Upon his return to France, he decided to maintain the friendship and strong relationship with these people by promoting their beautiful work on the French and international markets.
The Salaheddin wine glass is mouth-blown from recycled glass in Syria, with glassblowers perpetuating their know-how and their activity despite the war
Its traditional shape, slightly irregular, makes it an object of great sensitivity
Its irregularities are the result of a handmade process
Each glass is individually mouth-blown, and is thus a unique object.

For the end-of-year holidays, the return period is extended. All orders placed from 01/12/2025 can be returned until 05/01/2026.

Express delivery with UPS Express at 13€: For an order placed before 11 a.m., delivery the next working day.

Delivery with UPS: delivery costs abroad vary depending on the country and the weight of the products ordered. Customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
Payment by credit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card payments are handled by our partner Stripe. At no time, Merci does not have your bank details.
