Upon reception of your order, you have a period of 14 days to return your order for a refund. For the Christmas holidays, we extend the return period. All orders placed from December 1 2021 can be returned until January 5 2022.
Returns are at the customer's expense.

Please kindly note that the returned items must not have been worn, washed or used.
Pieces whose label has been detached and are in poor condition cannot be returned.
MERCI has the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
For your returns, download a return sliphere, to print and join imperatively with the items you wish to return.
Please keep all the return proofs until you've been completly refunded.
The refund will be made on the credit card used for payment by crediting it under the label “Merci.com” via our payment partner Hipay, within 30 days from the date we receive your package.
For the moment, it is not possible to exchange an article you bought online.
First, you have to return the article(s) and you will be refunded as soon as possible. Then, you will be able to place another order with new products.
When you receive your package and you notice it appears to be damaged, you can either:
- refuse the package, it will be automatically returned to the shipper - ask for a provision at your nearest post office in order to be able to open the package in front of a postal employee.
If your package was accepted by a third party, you can still fill out a form through the postal service which will be looked at by a client specialist.
Merci pays the most attention to the quality of its products.
If however, despite all the quality controls carried out, a defect is to be reported, we invite you to make it known. We ask you to respect the procedure of return and to indicate us the reason of the return. In the event of a proven defect on our part, we will be able to send you back the part (subject to available stocks) or refund you.
The return and shipping costs would be at our expense.

No, we don't have a minimum order amount. The delivery costs are 7€ for orders under 100€ in France & Monaco.
Your order is confirmed and validated as soon as you receive the confirmation email and it appears on your order history online « my orders ».

Yes, the prices indicated include VAT (sales tax in France). You will thus not have any additional taxes to pay for shipments in France.
