RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Your items must be returned by post to our warehouse only, to the following address :

You must indicate if you want an exchange or a refund on your delivery form.
In the case of an exchange, we invite you to specify the size/color you wish to get. Exchanges can only be made on the same items, of different sizes/colors.
Returns of online purchases in store are not accepted.

RETURN PERIODS
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items for a refund or an exchange. Returns are at the customer's expense.
Please note that the returned items must not have been worn, used or washed.
Items that have had their tags removed and are in poor condition will not be accepted for return.
MERCI reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

REFUNDING PERIODS
You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been made. Please allow approximately 10 working days from receipt of your return for our service to process your request.

THE ITEM RECEIVED IS FLAWED
We invite you to contact our customer service at any time by email.
Don't forget to attach photos of your defective item to your message, this will help us to offer you the best possible solution.
If the defect is found by our teams, a prepaid return form will be sent to you. We will proceed with an exchange or a refund (if the product you initially ordered is no longer available) upon reception of the item.

THERE IS AN ERROR IN THE PREPARATION OF MY ORDER
If you have not received the item you ordered, or if an item is missing from your order, please write to our Customer Service.
