This device is used to press the tortilla dough to form a pancake of 20 cm.
Also used to make taloa (pancake from the Basque country made from corn flour).
It is necessary to have a baking paper on each side of the cake before pressing, to prevent the dough from sticking to the walls.

For the Christmas holidays, we extend the return period. All orders placed from December 1st 2025 can be returned until January 5th 2026.
