JUNGMAVEN was born from simplicity and sustainability. In the early 90s, the founder of JUNGMAVEN, Robert Jungmann, was passionate about stopping clear-cutting practices that were devastating the planet - and knew that growing hemp offered a solution to this, and many other environmental problems. At the time, hemp was not considered a fashion product, and Rob's idea to design a high-quality hemp T-shirt was born out of a desire to get the industry and public to recognize hemp's enormous potential to heal the planet and become a fashionable textile.
