RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are the responsibility of the customer.

You can make your return request via the following link: https://merci-merci.com/a/return
You must attach the return voucher in your package.
A return label will be generated and sent to you by email.

If you encounter difficulties in completing your return request, do not hesitate to contact us.

For all jewelry returns, please contact customer service by email.
Returns for online purchases are not accepted in store, and vice versa.

We do not make exchanges for items purchased on our site.
However, you can return your item for a refund, and recommend the one you want on our site.

RETURN PERIODS

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your parts for a refund. Returns are at the customer's expense. Please note that the returned items must not have been worn, used or washed.
Items that have had their tags removed and are in poor condition will not be accepted for return.
MERCI reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

REPAYMENT PERIODS

You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow approximately 10 business days after receiving your return for our service to process your request.

THE RECEIVED PART HAS A DEFECT

We invite you to contact our customer service at any time by e-mail.
Do not forget to attach to your message pictures of your defective part, this will help us to propose you the best possible solution.
If the defect is found by our teams, a prepaid return form will be sent to you. We will proceed to an exchange or a refund (if the product you ordered initially is no longer available) upon receipt of the part.
