The workshop 16 knives created by Fabrice Fuego is located in the Pyrenees. The manufacturing process is manual, and each model is unique: the blade profile is cut, guillochage is applied to the edges, and then the steel is heated in his forge before being stamped with the 16M (a nod to this collaboration 16 Knives X Merci) while hammering the blade. Once the handle is mounted with the blade, a ceremony with olive oil is performed to enhance the colors and details.

Standard Colissimo delivery offered at home from 200€ of purchase (except furniture, on estimate)
Free delivery at the pick-up point for purchases over 200€.
