    • Relaxing bath salts, 120 g
    • Foot exfoliating scrub, 30 ml
    • Nourishing foot balm, 30 ml

Usage: 

  • Step 1 - RELAXATION: For a full bath, pour half of the sachet into hot water, allow the salt to dissolve, and soak for at least 20 minutes. It can also be used as a foot bath for tired feet.
  • Step 2 - EXFOLIATION: Apply the Foot Exfoliating Scrub to clean, damp skin. Gently massage in circular motions on the feet and lower legs to improve blood circulation. Rinse with warm water. This prepares the skin for your foot care routine.
  • Step 3 - CARE: Apply the Nourishing Foot Balm daily, massaging morning and evening onto clean, dry feet. For very dry or cracked skin, apply a thick layer of cream, cover the foot with a sock, and allow it to absorb.
  • Step 4 - RECOVERY: Massage the Soothing Foot & Heavy Legs Lotion using upward movements from the arch of the foot to the lower legs to stimulate blood circulation. Reapply as needed.
