Delivery costs are at the user's expense and will be specified to the customer when confirming the order.
Delivery is made by Colissimo Standard in France and by UPS for the rest of the countries.

For France and Monaco, delivery is free for orders of 200€ and more. 7€ for all orders under 200€.
For an express delivery in France, choose the UPS Express option at 13€.
For orders outside metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco, shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the products ordered.
For orders above 3.6 Kg, the price of delivery is capped according to the delivery zone.

The ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer, anywhere in the world.
The preparation and delivery times may be longer during Merci Days or sales.
All orders placed from Monday to Friday will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours after payment validation.
You can follow the status of your order in your personal space in the "Orders" section at any time.
When your order is in "shipped" status, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your parcel, which will allow you to follow the progress of your parcel on the website of La Poste.
For all deliveries outside of the European Union, additional customs fees and taxes may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
For our customers in the United Kingdom, please note that as of January 1, 2021, customs fees will apply to all orders over £135 (approximately €155).
Customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore the responsibility of the customer to find out the amount of these taxes from his local customs office. In view of the customs clearance, the delivery time may be extended.
