Franck Audoux, author of ‘French Moderne Cocktail’, brings a cultural and historical dimension to his creations, seeking the perfect balance between flavours.

A variation on the Negroni traditionally made with bourbon, this recipe with Hennessy Very Special cognac develops notes of dried fruit and flowers, and is completed by subtle notes of orange peel thanks to a vermouth created by CRAVAN.

How to serve: Serve neat, very chilled, without ice. A little extra: chill the glasses before serving.
