The manufacturing method of Kamenoko Tawashi brushes has remained unchanged since their creation in 1907 by Mr. Nishio Shouzaemon in Tokyo.

Tawashi brush for cleaning and scrubbing. Its roll shape allows it to reach into all corners.
These durable biodegradable brushes are used to clean everything from cutting boards, dishes, pots, and pans. Another common use is to clean the skin of fresh vegetables such as carrots, radishes, potatoes, etc.
It ensures a good grip, can be used wet or dry, is shock-resistant, and has a long lifespan
