The 1.5 mm thick curved stainless steel blade is equipped with a high-performance serration that makes it easy to start cutting
Dimensions: 21cm blade
Care: Run the blade lightly under lukewarm water, then rub with a sponge and washing-up liquid. Rinse the blade again with lukewarm water, being careful not to wet the wooden handle too much to avoid deforming it.
