Beams Plus - Patchwork Madras Scarf - Beige

Renowned for its masterful interpretation of classic American menswear, BEAMS PLUS began as a tiny shop in Harajuku, Tokyo, in 1976. The store was originally named American Life Shop BEAMS. After a turbulent period of political unrest, young people, influenced by images of American culture seen in movies and on television, sought something beyond military surplus gear. This marked the beginning of BEAMS. Designed to replicate a UCLA student dorm room, the shop was undoubtedly the first of its kind.

• A BEAMS PLUS scarf with a lightweight fabric and a patchwork design featuring a well-balanced color palette.
• Made from traditional Madras check fabric woven in the southeastern region of India (now Chennai).
• The fabric is hand-dyed, woven, and sun-dried, giving it the signature lightness of Indian cotton. BEAMS PLUS uses the standard 40-count single yarn.
• The fabric is finished to be lightweight.
