JUNGMAVEN was born of simplicity and sustainability. In the early 90s, JUNGMAVEN founder Robert Jungmann became passionate about stopping the clear-cutting practices that were devastating the planet - and knew that growing hemp offered a solution to this and many other environmental problems. At the time, hemp wasn't considered a fashionable product, and Rob's idea to design a high-quality hemp T-shirt was born out of a desire to get the industry and the public to recognize hemp's enormous potential to heal the planet and become a fashionable textile.
