Francesc Boronat, 30 years old, cultivates vines in his hometown of Nulles, southwest of Barcelona.
He is the creator of the Tanca Els Ulls estate, which means "close your eyes" in Catalan.
As a young, instinctive winemaker, he produces lively, fresh, complex, and precise wines.
The Cartoixa is an orange wine macerated for 5 days, with a dark orange color, aromas of crisp red berries, wild herbs, and pink pepper. 1 can = 1.5 glasses
